Our work moves across research, advisory, investing, and writing. We research what we cannot yet explain, advise founder-led organisations on strategy and long-term value creation, invest in businesses we believe in, and share what we learn along the way.

We believe a good business is a system. People, culture, incentives, operations, capital allocation, and discipline either work together to compound value, or they quietly destroy it.

We are drawn to simple businesses, clear thinking, useful products, sensible capital allocation, and people with skin in the game. We avoid noise, fashionable complexity, and impressive language that does not improve outcomes.

We work with founder-led organisations to systemise the business behind the vision. Our advisory work helps leadership clarify strategy, implement practical systems, and adopt technology where it creates real leverage. It is grounded in the same research and value creation principles that shape our own business philosophy. We move quickly from theory to reality: how the business works, where value is created, what is slowing it down, and what needs to change for it to compound.

All our research begins from the perspective of a value investor. We study markets and companies to expand our circle of competence and understand how value is actually created.
